The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the Camembert and chicken burger. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere at the pub is fantastic.

Never been to the old pub but 4 of us popped in to the newly refurbished place on late May Bank Holiday for a drink and sharing platters. Great service and delicious food in the garden. We'll be back! Originally posted to the old Guinea Butt page but very much about the new Guinea ...and we have been back and enjoyed the food, drink and service.

I visited last night and was really impressed. The restaurant was nicely decorated, very comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere. The service was very friendly and although we were the last ones in the restaurant we weren't rushed at all. I had the Catalan Fish Stew, it was so amazing, I'd go back for that alone. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Popped in for lunch on Saturday, good atmosphere but not overcrowded. The food was excellent . I can’t actually pick any faults at all. Really impressed and will be making this a regular spot. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly providing great service. Covered a lot of pubs around tonbridge, tunbridge Wells , matfield , Benchley etc. But there is something about this place I really like. Yeah , we had a nice time here. Thanks . Voir le carte

we have booked a table for 18 of us, with just a few weeks remembering that nothing was too much annoyed for these youngs, and even if the people in the night have canceled that are not for them eating! we have opened to pay for our own drinks, but they have full table service for the night, the staff were nice and the food was absolutely delicious! I recommend the codjaugratin and the house made humble was soou beautiful! really nice pub and is busy evenings so defo book a table if there are a few who want to eat. can not wait to try the steak next time! many thanks.

My partner and I decided to have a spontaneous dinner at this restaurant tonight and we were absolutely blown away by the service and food. We were so impressed that we felt compelled to leave a review, which is not something we usually do. The food was incredibly delicious and everything about our experience was top-notch. The server, who I believe was named Callum based on our bill, was exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even making sure our dog was comfortable. The entire team seemed lovely and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I have walked past this pub many times, but after my visit, I won't be passing by anymore. The Guinea is a fabulous little place with helpful and friendly staff. They offer a great selection of beers. However, the real standout was the Sunday roast. It was one of the best I have ever had. The beef was cooked perfectly and served in generous slices. The Yorkshire pudding was crispy, the gravy was delicious, and the roast potatoes, red cabbage, leeks, and carrots were all exceptional. It was clear that the chef had put a lot of thought into every aspect of the meal to enhance its flavors.
