The food here is good, but it's quite pricey. They seem to discourage online orders, even though they promote it. I’ve also experienced them misgendering customers over the phone. Ordered a takeaway from Just Eat showing delivery at 7.20 which was 45 mins. then went to 7.50. Order showing as still being prepared at 8.10 and status update says no drivers available. Cancelled order and then received call from restaurant saying Just Eat were really bad, they had no drivers and they could cook the order really quickly if we wanted now and we could order with deliveroo. If you know you have a problem with Just Eat then why keep using them and accepting peoples orders because that's your choice to keep doing that and putting yourself in a position where you let people down.
