"The greeting when we arrived was poor as the first words spoken to us were “ we’re very busy “ .Whilst the cups of tea were fine, we had to ask twice for hot water to make it weaker. We had ordered 2 cheese scones but by the time our order was made up, they had sold all but one cheese scone to a takeaway customer! The jam with the fruit scone was not pleasant and overall the scones were not the best. Service was slow ."

We really enjoyed our afternoon coffees and delectable home made cakes at The Glasshouse. Set in beautiful Worcestershire countryside with impeccable decor and furnishings we are already looking forward to going back!

Called in for lunch with a friend and was most impressed with the service and quality of the food. This is park of a larger retail and garden centre and lunch at Holloways is a perfect way to spend park of the time between browsing and shopping. Well worth a visit.
