"The Foresters is a charming pub located on the main street, featuring a cozy beer garden in the front. The bar area is tastefully decorated and seamlessly transitions into the dining section. The menu offers a variety of upscale pub fare as well as classic burger and chips options. A staff member suggested trying the burger, which was delicious with devilled mushrooms and cheese. I initially planned on stopping there, but couldn't resist trying their tapas-style desserts: small portions that you can order multiple of. They were delightful, flavorful, and had a unique twist without being overwhelming. Friendly staff, delicious food - highly recommended."

"Brasserie Blanc has a great reputation, and for good reason! Always a bit hesitant to go because of the price-tag, my pal and I decided to go here for their pre-theatre set-dinner. 3 courses wine £19...sold! For my starter, I had a Chorizo and Potato salad, which was delicious and very unique. My main course was a Haddock Risotto, which was perfectly creamy and savory. "it is not often found you a traditional pub restaurant that serves all boxes warm cozy atmosphere, excellent customer service from all employees, amazing quality of food served just as it should be, as well as a delicious menu that offers nutritional needs and allergens. plus the perfect selection of accompanying drinks. as a family of 10, we have celebrated our nans 91rd birthday our entire experience was 5* from the beginning to finish what a great team, thanks to steve and his personal great coffee costa dan!"

"Excellent food. However, the short frog looking waiter was extremely racist. I went to dine at this restaurant last night with 4 friends. We are not from the area and had to travel over an hour to get to this restaurant. When we arrived, there...was no social distancing in place. The restaurant was cramped and it was rather busy with diners sitting very close to each other. The waiter took forever to serve us and we completely understood why due to short staffed. My friends and I were talking in our language. The waiter that served us were extremly polite and took our order. At the end of our meal, we asked another waiter for desserts. He said we were too busy talking in our language and then mimicked an impression of what we were sounding like. We didn't much notice and we didn't say much at this point. Then when the bill came, the waiter walked passed us mimicking how we were sounding like. Then one of friends asked him if he had an issue with us. He said he was singing. As this point the restaurant noise level went quiet. One old white man turned around and shouted why don't you go home We all know what this comment meant. In the end of all of this we were made to be the issue by both the restaurant staff and the public. I"

"What a fun menu and every bite delicious. Tuesdays fondues are great but so is the main menu and I love this food so much that I keep going back and making my way through the entire menu. Lovely wines by the glass as well as the bottle and fun vibe. Friendly staff. I don’t have a sweet tooth and never room left for puddings but friends have told me they love the cakes. Make a reservation as it’s a small place and I see people being turned away due to the popularity."

"very disappointed,I ordered the special house chowmien, not a piece huhn or grilled in itself, only with a lot of nude and small pieces hard bark and greasy fat fag. the ginger chicken was a bit better, but the part was minute and refilled with cheep veg. and I always thought a roasted rice came with a not going back"
