"Not been to the harvester in Falconwood before.. Visited today. The food was great and reasonable priced. The manager was very helpful. The only criticism I have is that we were not told about the salad bar. That you cannot help yourself. When food was ordered the waitress did not tell us, nor did the managers when we enquired about ordering food. Whilst we were at the salad bar a member of staff came over and said the we cannot help ourselves to the salad bar. She was talking quite loudly. This upset my daughter as she felt she had done something wrong. The only thing I would suggest is that when customer are greeted at the front of house that they are made aware about the salad bar or there is clear signage to inform customer on the precautions for the salad bar."

Great food. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed hot water for my baby's milk. I got the 83 combo and my brother got a beef burger food. Bread was super fresh

The food was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. It used to be terrible in the past, but it has definitely improved now.

Would like to help ourselves to the salad cart. It's very uncomfortable . Apart from that the meal was nice. Think the chefs do a great job. Don't get the praise they deserve, being back of house. Thank you for our lovely meals.

Lovely food at great prices. Been a few times and always great service. Very child friendly with a few claw/crane machine games if you have a few to spare. Limitless salad and healthier dishes as well as your pub classics. There's also a kiddies menu. One thing that stands out each time I've been is just how friendly the staff are.

Excellent freshly cooked breakfast at a good price. Toast included and unlimited coffee 99p. My only fault would be it was only luke warm perhaps serving on a hot plate?? Not had breakfast at a Harvester before and given a nice introduction to what’s what on the menu by one of the two staff. Our waitress Lizzie was very pleasant cheerful and attentive! We will definitely be returning. Voir le carte

Went to celebrate and also as a treat. Food was amazing but slightly slow service considering it was empty on arrival. The staff were also polite. UPDATE... In reply to your last comment ..... The kitchen staff were fabulous and they cooked the food amazingly I was referring to some of the waiting staff although they were polite as stated. We will be coming back as it is lovely at the Fallon.x

First visit back after many years and generally a nice restaurant. A good friendly atmosphere suitable for damilies and large groups. Some parking available but buses and a train station less than a minute away. Had a main course of a double burger and chips but was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! Was cooked perfectly and very filling. Had the chocolate fudge cake which was very rich but still very nice. Service was generally ok it was bank holiday weekend so things did take longer with a couple hiccups but nothing major. Would definitely go back again.

"A group of 28 of us from a retirement association descended on the restaurant for an evening meal. We have a programme of meals called Food Around the World, with the intention of introducing the association’s members to varied tastes and restaurants in the area that they may not normally consider. And so it was with the Lebanese. The organiser had eaten here twice before and, having enjoyed both times, hoped the experience would be good for others. None of the other twenty-seven attendees had visited the restaurant before, and from the positive comments there are at least six wanting to go back privately. To avoid undue choice and confusion we agreed with the proprietor to take the set menu offering, and that way give the attendees a varied ‘taste of the Lebanon’. Food was well received and after the various starters some thought the meal had finished the main grill and shawarma hadn’t even been served at that point, so most attendees did go home ‘stuffed’! We started at 6:30pm, and the group was clearly having an enjoyable time and it was difficult to get them away, with most staying until nigh 10pm a good sign. With 28 of us, we filled the restaurant, and to some extent that did make moving/serving in the restaurant a bit of challenge as the restaurant is cosy. Two minor negatives slightly different table configuration might have made the feel less cosy, but then it wouldn’t have been as social. The drinks service was slightly disjointed. Material issues. No! In summary, food was plentiful, tasty, well-cooked, not exorbitant prices and therefore well worth a visit.
