I definitely do not recommend this place. the food is not fresh and the waiting time was about an hour. 100% bad place not recommended Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Food drinks: you had to wait over an hour for the food, the meat in the hamburger was burnt and the fish smelled old. but nice service Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

we called the box day to kingsbury water park. what a great pub, friendly local, good beer selection (I love a pint of spekkled henne) and we had the Chinese cuisine. it was delicious and plentiful too. many thanks for their hospitality and we will visit again when we come back.

Table for 9 today. Haven't eaten here for decades. Pub and decor hasn't changed, looks a little tired. The food, more importantly, was cooked lovely, everyone's veggies a little washed out. Steaks cooked as ordered, and we're lovely. Pies were tasty. Lamb shank tender. Bar staff lovely.

Fabulous canal side pub, warm friendly welcome good service with a good range of ales, great menu, very clean and tidy throughout, Dogs are welcome. Would highly recommend the Chinese meals available Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday as well as the Big Boys veggie burger. Would certainly return.

We stayed here overnight in our motorhome as it was conveniently located to visit the NEC the following day. The staff were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Fortunately, Monday is one of the WOK menu nights and the food was truly superb. Will definitely visit when next in the area. Service: 5 Location: 5

Jackie and her team laid on an amazing ‘baby shower’ afternoon tea. They cordoned off an area in the pub for us, so that we didn’t disturb the other guests. The food was fabulous and plentiful, served beautifully. This pub is an amazing little gem, run by a cracking team. Jackie, we can’t thank you enough for laying on such a brilliant afternoon..

We have been regulars for quite a few years and just wanted to say what a fabulous job Jackie and her team do at the this pub, following in her lovely parents footsteps. Always so friendly and professional and tonight we tried the rump medallions after Jackie's recommendation and it was beautiful and cooked to our exact request so compliments to the chef too. Keep up the good work team.
