"we came here after a walk to lunch. the personal is really beautiful and this seems like a nice, fun place to hang out. my review is based on eating lunch here the menu is an Asian fusion mix and honestly I think it's a bit too hard trying. many dishes have taste and have too many gimmicks and twists. I recommend to visit this pub, but the menu is not quite promising to eat wisely."

"Sunday lunchtime at Noah’s Ark first off, location is stunning. Sat on the village green, I can imagine in the summer it’s a great spot. Even on a wet Feb afternoon with its open fire it was welcoming. Food wise, it was ok. Menu was quite extensive with some lovely sounding starters and nibbles. A bit pricey though. Our table was mainly a combination of Sunday roasts and burgers and they were a bit hit and miss. Burgers were tasty although a little dry and fairly stingy on the sauces. The roasts were a decent size but the meat fatty and, ours at least, arrived blue and then over done after being sent back. Desserts were ok if not amazing and the service was polite, efficient and responsive. All in all, we had no regrets going to Noah’s Ark but equally no strong desire to go again."

"Unfortunately one of the bad review I read after we booked our stay at the Swan came true! The room we stayed in, it was filthy. There were litters in the wardrobe and so much dust. Dirty floor in the bathroom and used soap under the shower! with a mold on the walls Breakfast was a big disappointment! Lots of meals had missing/ replaced ingredients. Every single dish we choose we were told that something is different, no ciabatta, no bloomer just white or brown toast. I would call it a SCAM! Lady who served in the morning lovely staff in the evening) was extremely rude especially to us. I can’t remember when was the last time someone treated us differently because we are not British family : Unfortunately the table next to us got a totally different service. When I ask for water glasses as there was not a single left at the buffet I got an angry look and answer back ; it’s because you are the last people to eat. Let me mention, It was 10:30am the breakfast is served till 11am Also the other family were there who actually ordered after us. My son ordered bacon sandwich it supposed to come with 2 hash browns he loves them) Unfortunately the sandwich came with out any : When we ask the lady about it she look at me and said: were did you get this from?! , so rude. Lucky I took a picture of the menu so I could prove it. No apologies just : I will get it for you. She also forgot about our double espresso, we have ordered on the beginning. So after asking for it , again without any apology we got single espresso and we got charge an extra £5 for it! I really felt like we should get refund for all of it. Even my kids who were born in UK felt uncomfortable and noticed the difference in service between our table and the other one. I would never recommend this place to anyone,even though the pub is looking lovely"

"Service was varied in the team, some were great and others were really not. Got the order wrong twice and seemed annoyed when we asked for them to rectify it. Would not recommend the roast because the trimmings were just awful. Value for money is varied on the menu. Olives and arancini great value and super tasty, however the chicken fritters and the mango and avocado salad were so pricey for what they were. Barely any mago or avocado in the salad. Cocktails were delicious and good deal on them (although the desk forgot to apply the deal and we had to rectify). Bear in mind when ordering, there is a 10% mandatory service charge which is not mentioned anywhere on the menu."

"Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. Despite being extremely busy, there was not enough staff and those present seemed inexperienced. We waited for more than five minutes at the door before anyone acknowledged us, and even longer before we were seated. After 10 minutes at our table, no one had taken our order so we had to use the app to order (not ideal for dining in a restaurant). An hour after arriving, our starters arrived but our drinks were still missing, so we had to ask for them. When the drinks finally arrived, one was missing and the waitress seemed confused. We waited with dirty plates on the table for around 20 minutes after finishing our starters. The waitress then cleared the plates and after another 15 minutes, our main dishes arrived. Unfortunately, they had run out of pizza, which we did not order. My dish (beef pappardelle) was good, but my partner's (pollo Milanese) was cold. The tables were sticky and the toilets were out of toilet paper. We spoke to another customer who had also had a poor experience. They mentioned considering asking for their food to go due to the long wait. It seems that the option for takeaway or delivery may be affecting the restaurant's service quality. Overall, the experience was not worth the cost. Service: Dine in. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: £20-30."
