Open Table allowed me to book for this venue even though it was closed at the time of arrival.

Very quiet due to Covid but waiting staff couldn't have been more welcoming and lovely. Would go again and recommend highly to friends for the staff alone.

Food took forever to arrive, then the order was wrong. Extortionate prices (especially for a Childs sandwich. Glass of fizz was warm. Complete rip off! Won't be coming again. Voir le carte

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and efficient. The prices for drinks are reasonable considering the location in London. Despite being in a bustling area, the restaurant itself is a peaceful and quiet spot on the first floor near the Eurostar trains. I highly recommend it.

Overall a poor and below par experience. Having been a customer of the booking office for many years, this was a huge disappointment. A very un-attentive and disorganised staff and overcooked poor quality food. I would not recommend. Hopefully the booking office shall return soon and this second rate alternative will be closed.

The bar is currently closed with no set reopening date, and the surrounding area is under construction. We were informed by a staff member that it has been closed for some time. This was inconvenient as we had to search for another place to go for two hours before our next reservation, despite receiving pre-arrival emails requesting confirmation of our attendance. The hotel itself is so beautiful, as you walk through you are prepared for a rooftop version of what you go through. The staff were lovely to us. You are right beside the trains though, in a not-so-fancy area of the venue. Hand washing and sanitisation all great, loos beautiful too. We stayed to take photos in the much nicer areas in the hotel lobby, and staff were unphased and professional.

We arrived at the restaurant only to find out that it was closed, as we had made a booking with Me Mi during lockdown. Our reservation was moved to The Booking Office next door, but we received a confirmation from them. When we tried calling the restaurant, we were directed to the hotel where we were told that they would not be opening until next week. Ultimately, our long-awaited evening of catching up was ruined due to OpenTable's mistake.

Absolutely shocking such a shame on my daughter’s birthday. Half the things on the menu weren’t available; we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t even quarter full; and the food that came was stale (kettle chips from a packet! , disgusting (pizzetta and blue cheese sauce or very disappointing (ice creams . The only nice thing was the burger. Even with the things that were awful taken off, the bill was still £120 for four and they had the cheek to add a service charge, even though the service was dreadful.
