"they had no record about our booking and when I produced the email, we were not welcomed at all. the younger staff were walking around and were very polite when they got their attention, but over the entire service was terrible. the risotto was like rice pudding, but the rest of the food was nice. we had to go after 2 hours and didn't even have on the pudding menu, it was vatertag and she seemed surprised that they were busy."

The best service, friendliest team there is around. It’s like going and having a drink with a friendly family. You just feel like part of the furniture in a good way. The food if you dine here is spectacular.

The staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and massive portions. Room was large too. Folk music last night, all by memory and not an amp in sight. Great night. Highlight of my trip was the fish in the old well.

Amazing food from Lunch time Tapas to the evening meal best goodnight I have ever tasted Steve and the staff (Manwel) were brilliant how's the room yeah great but small, we were moved the next morning to an amazing room can only say **** FANTASTIC thank you so much be back Jan 7th
