"The Bird was recommended by friends of ours for the food. The food was, indeed, very good. However the staff were totally disinterested, inattentive, almost as if we were not there. Humourless, never making eye contact, not once coming to the table if we needed...anything. Only tables were occupied inside yet our waitress was more interested in having a smoke outside. We waited in vain for anyone to co.e to the table and had to attract the attention of someone to come to the table. Nobody asked if we liked our food, during or after the meal even when we were paying. On the way out the lady on the door was sta ring there. We expected at least a goodbye and that she hoped we had enjoyed our evening. No. She just turned her back as we walked out the door. Appalling customer service. If I was cooking in the kitchen of the bird I would be incensed that what should have been a good experience was irreparably marred by the front if house. Not one person in the team of visible to us had any personality or care for the customers. It is not surprising that they had a big hiring sign on the front window if this is also how they treat each other. Avoid. Worst service we had (or more accurately didn't have) in Berlin for the whole days we were here."

Had the ribs. Super bad. Worst Ribs I have had in Berlin. Sorry, Chef, you could have cooked them for a hour more. Super tough. Not great.

Amazing burgers!!! What more can I say, you have to eat here! Best burgers we have ever had and the fries were yummy!! Second visit to Berlin and second visit to the bird, we will be back (just for the Burgers)

in recent years have been here several times and it is always a super positive experience! if they call themselves a burger lover, then they give this place a chance, they will not regret it! but do not forget to reserve a table!

when the bird opened, he had a drive and eating was fun and delicious. we had been looking for the front to revise the place, but yesterday eating was sloppy, there was no longer a hugging, so I had linsenpatties that they were dry, the fries were burned, the music loud and the waitress did not even say good night when we were gone. not a comeback worth.

first-class experience from the moment we arrived. we had not booked, but the server was cool letting them sit for a drink. after minutes there was a cancellation and she sat us. no drama, no hurry. they were beautiful, they were burgers. the whole ambiente was relaxed and funny. great place for a family dinner. although it is a great bar it is not too loud, eating is great.

WTF ??? Who sells tosties as burger buns ??? That was by far the worst experience in the burger segment of my entire life. I would like to give stars for this culinary atrocity. The unfriendly service comes on top. Never again my friends....WTF??? Wer verkauft Tosties als Burgerbuns??? Das war mit abstand meine schlechteste Erfahrung im Burgersegment meines ganzen Lebens. Für diese kulinarische Greueltat würde ich am liebsten Sterne geben. Der unfreundliche Service kommt noch on top Never ever again meine Freunde.

I have been celebrating my birthdays and bringing every friend visiting Berlin to this place for the last years. Sadly after today I won't ever come back. I'm not sure what happened after covid but Burgers are not as tasty, staff is not friendly...and the overall great experience it used to be does not exist anymore. Tbh there are other burger joints as good or better in Berlin for half the price. So I encourage you to try them out and avoid this place. Don't be fooled by the old reviews it's not what it used to be!
