"Came in today for a late lunch. Food was great but felt rushed even though restaurant was empty. Waitress was pleasant but when it come to asking for the bill at the end she said “can you wait 2 minutes or do you need it now as was going to go out for a cigarette?” I couldn’t quite believe that she said that to us. We didn’t know what to say apart from ok. While eating also we noticed that the staff who were on breaks rolling up their cigarettes. It’s just not acceptable. Also we brought our dog along as it says the pub is dog friendly but didn’t feel that way when what looked like the manager was judging because she barked once. It didn’t make us feel welcome. Don’t advertise a pub as welcoming dogs then treat people this way."

Great service but average food. Haloumi wrap was dry and chewy. Sauces on the menu were absent. Not a nice dish. Disappointed

Really impressed with the pub and the staff were so friendly. One lady who served us was great especially as I had a stressful drive to the place. Will definitely return.

Best Sausage Mash ive ever had in my life! Amazing sausages cooked to perfection, delicious creamy mash, and the gravy and crispy onion rings combo were out of this world!

Very good meal (lunch) on New Years eve.Extremely tasty and wonderful waitress Ayla), very attentive and kind. Definitely recommend this place, have been a few times. The food is delicious and its a lovely welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Used the small room for a family 70th birthday. Dropped balloons in before the day and the team decorated the area for us. They were super attentive and provided great service. We had the buffet for 25 people, the fish goujons, beef pies and sausage rolls were exceptional. A great day was had by all
