"A wonderful local cafe and deli. Tables inside and out. As well as consistently delicious breakfast, lunch options, and cake, the deli stocks a broad range of interesting and high quality wine, cheese, vegetable, bread, oils , teas and other larder items that make great last minute gifts. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. My only criticism is that their coffee is pretty dreadful. It’s a shame, as this often steers me away. Recommend they get on top of their coffee game to earn their rightful place as top in their class in Richmond."

We discovered Alberts deli for an early 8am breakfast before heading to Kew Gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, with a delicious frittata and a hot and strong oat milk flat white. We also enjoyed a lovely pot of tea and had the chance to indulge in some of the deli's tempting treats and cakes. The staff, especially the lovely ladies working there, were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect way to start our day.

I had an amazing brunch experience. The avocado toast with a perfectly poached egg was absolutely delightful, the flavors were fresh and vibrant. The eggs royale with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce was equally impressive, with a rich and creamy sauce that paired wonderfully with the delicate salmon. The presentation was also top-notch, making the dishes look as good as they tasted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a pleasant dining experience.
