"Unfortunately, Thatchers did not receive our reservation through Open Table and the restaurant was closed for a wedding fair. The low ambiance score was due to the setup for the event, which caused some disturbance from visitors. However, the staff made the effort to accommodate us and still provided great service. The food was delicious and portion sizes were generous. The staff were also very friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Overall, we couldn't have asked for better service from the team that day."

We had a poor experience at this restaurant. We made a booking through OpenTable in the morning, but when we arrived, the restaurant was not open. The manager offered to serve us in the bar area, but it felt empty and deserted, so we decided to go somewhere else.

I wouldn't have asked from the team anymore.
