Thai Edge Birmingham

So sad this place is no longer the Thai Edge. Half the restaurant area has been transferred into a cocktail bar, very noisy New menu not quite as good as the Thai Edge, shame

Thai Edge Birmingham is closed down i went on the website to check out the menu and it says resturant closed down. SIAMAIS Thai Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Birmingham has now replaced it

Went on a Friday night and it was very busy so service was a bit slow but once the food came it was really good. Waitress was helpful with suggestions and it wasn't overpriced. Drinks a bit pricey though. Voir le carte

Would recommend booking as this place seemed to be pretty popular we were luck to have got a place as walkin . Friendly service and the food was good not as authentic as what we had at Krabi the previous week.

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions, both on my own when on a business trip and as part of a larger party (work outing). Food has always been very good and place is always busy. Felt a little pricey, but worth it.

Ended up at Thai edge last night. It's been a few years since I've been here and fancied a change from sabai sabai Service good food was good and atmosphere ok. Just so everyone's aware they are closing in a couple of weeks for a total refurb which They were excited to tell us about. Overall it was more expensive than sabai Voir le carte

I can honestly say that Thai is never a choice I would make. Was here along with 20 others for a business meet and greet. Format was simple number of starters lobster course then mains. Could not fault a thing and when I said I needed to be careful with peanuts they organised everything for me very well. This experience would encourage me to come again.

After trying to go to (an empty) bistro Pierre and being told it was fully booked, we went across to Thai Edge, also empty saying they were fully booked but we could have the table for an hour...Result! We have been before and we're not disappointed, in fact the other restaurant did us a favour. Chicken massa man and beef in red penang curry were both delicious as was the coconut rice. The house red was acceptable. Will return.

First things first. The staff were more than attentive. We went for the Banquet and our round table was set for 9. Just found if a lazy susie had been on the table it would have made our dining experience so much better. Especially entertaining customers. People were streching and having to ask other people to pass plates of food. Definately not the most relaxing and comfortable eveining. Then when 2 lobster's arrived and only 2 water bowls to clean your fingers shared by 9 i felt i would miss that course. The meal was served on the whole the food was good but the whole experiance could have been improved with the help of a lazy susie. Voir le carte
