"Our first time at this tea room, so we didn't know what to expect. The tea room is beautifully decorated and very clean. We booked the vegan afternoon tea and were so happy to get a full selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked warm scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes with lots of tea to wash it all down with. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were happy to bring us Prosecco at request and we asked for tea refills 3 times. The price is reasonable too, considering the location. We will definitely be back. The only suggestion would be, as other reviewers have mentioned, would be to have some background music, as it was very quiet."

our family of 4 had a nice afternoon on the 31st March. the scones were small, but I prefer that I don't like to feel too full. the teeroom has a great view of the garden and is very tastefully decircumcised

Lovely room. Lovely staff. Some music would be nice as it’s very quiet! Food lovely but needs more sandwiches and fewer cakes. Scones are warm and delicious the best but! Unlimited tea which is great too. Child friendly.

Lovely afternoon tea. We had the tea room to ourselves for the first hour. Waiter came back within a few minutes of bringing our food to check everything was ok. I had to call someone from outside the room to ask for more tea and jam. Also we had to help ourselves to more water from a table. Food was good but service was poor Voir le carte

this is the third time that I have eaten in the tea room and eating is always good, and the service excellent. we slightly varied the sandwich content from the standard offer, which was done without fuss, but do not advise what was in the sandwiches when they arrived. I'm not sure what the content was in one of them, but all very well. I would definitely recommend this place for a delicious tasty bite.

The service was absolutely terrible. The waiters had no idea about anything that was asked such as what teas and coffees they have and if they have hot chocolate or not. They then had no knowledge about the food being served. When requested them to to attend to us we were shouted at from another table and told to wait, which is really unprofessional. The food took a while to come and the portions were extremely small and not filling. The tea refill took so long that we had finished our food bu then and the food did not seem fresh (sandwiches). Was really disappointed with the service and the whole experience was really unpleasant
