"During the lockdown we ordered tel. in the restaurant Rigani Ahrensburg 2 menus 2 x Tzatziki to go. At home we realized that 2 xTzatziki (10 euros) lacked bread. The chief reacted to the phone call with vaccination on the horn. Again calls gave nothing, with the argument that it would be a lot, we should pick up the 2 Tzatzikis themselves. After 30 minutes we were able to tell our concern. The boss finally delivered after 1.5 hours 1 of 2 Tzatzikis. For the 2nd missing Tzatziki we were offered a voucher worth 5 euros. We were also told similar behaviors by other guests, where the Tzatziki was missing and the wrong wine was also included. We waited for an apology in vain. Conclusion: We've eaten here the last time. Price-quality ratio disproportionately, the boss takes care of the guests unfriendly, they should not have any customer contact. There are far better and more friendly Greek restaurants in Ahrensburg and surroundings"
