Very nice time spent in this restaurant. Delicious food and incredibly tasty bread. We will probably come back in our next trip to Essen... :)

Amazing food! One of the better Indian restaurants in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Easy to locate. I would definitely recommend the chicken tikka masala! ;)

Went here with some Indian people who took care of the ordering of the food and everything tasted really good and the small restaurant are good for business meetings too.

The meals are very tasty and (I think) authentic. The sauces are home-made, the meat (we've tried the chicken and the lamb) is tender and the rice is delicious. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Visited Taste India together with a business partner. Do not let the somewhat dull interiors fool you. The service is attentive and the food is great. I would go there again, if I ever return to Essen. Voir le carte

This is the best North Indian food which i have quite regularly over last many years. Food fantastic, excellent service, kind staff. Not really a big place, can only house 75 people. But surely recommended place if one is around Essen

Not the best I have ever had, but still a good curry. Staff were extremely friendly, service was spot on and not rushed. If you're nearby and want a curry, then I would definitely recommend Taste India. Look out for the fennel elephant.....
