I visit SPA regularly for massage treatments and highly recommend therapist Elif, who is one of the best on the team with a wealth of experience. Her therapy is exceptional. Service rating: 5 stars.

Booked a day spa experience which included a massage, afternoon tea, and use of the facilities. Fantastic massage done by Natalia! The tea was also lovely. Attended lunch with a friend who had an amazing facial massage which cleared up her skin. We had a classic afternoon tea of finger sandwiches, scones petit fours earl grey/ breakfast tea. Setting, decor and the way the spa is kitted out is lovely, as was the treatment. However the spa left a bit to be desired-just a luke warm plunge pool and sauna, hard to get refreshments. We would highly recommend this friendly hotel. The staff could not do enough for us, nothing is too much for them Great food in their A La carte restaurant, the best cauliflower steak I have ever had. Highlights worth mentioning: The spa is fantastic, offering a variety of massages and relaxing treatments, as well as a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi that was quite popular, even on a chilly autumn day. In fact, the cool weather added to the experience, especially during sunset. I enjoyed a deep tissue massage, which was wonderful, followed by a mud wrap—an interesting experience, to say the least! My experience at this hotel was not very good due to staff in the restaurant that have no experience in the hotel industry The breakfast was very poor standard and the service was very poor. The room was very small and smelt of dump . The only nice things about the hotel was the 2 young ladies on reception they are a bonus to the hotel. The hotel was also clean and lovely grounds for a short walk . I don't understand how the cleaner came to clean our room took our bottles of mineral water and our chocolates reported it to reception and nothing was done. While an impressive building this is a fairly small hotel in terms of room numbers, so it remains somewhere which offers a personal level of service in traditional style. Reception is merely a shelf on the side of the hallway but the staff are welcoming and try to assist with any query. Off the lobby is a nice reception room with a small bar and decent seating, which is a good place to get a casual lunch, or drink late at night too. There’s no lifts in the building, so heavy bags can be a bit of a pain on the staircases but all the communal areas are decorated nicely and in keeping with the rest of the property. My room was on the 1st floor and impressive size wise. There was plenty of space... Voir le carte
