"Really delicious homemade food. Everything was made by hand, from scratch, and tastes great! Tony (pictured) has been a resident at Fargo from very early on, and has expanded significantly from those early days. Today I got to try his home cured bacon, smoked salmon, and pastrami, and they were honestly to die for. The flavours and the experience of eating these things was excellent. I can't recommend enough that you give this small gem of a restaurant a go, especially in the daytime when its quieter. Tony also has exclusive gourmet evening events the first Friday of each month that you can book in for, and with a specially curated set menu. Places fill up fast, and there's an example menu in my pictures. Great food, great flavour, well imagined and executed. However, not suitable for vegans really. Best for the omnivorous epicureans."
