"Have never been so appalled, worst customer service I have ever experienced when eating out! DO NOT come here, you will be wasting your money. The greeting wasn't the friendliest and when ordering was warned that the wait may be 15-20 mins as they had...many take out orders in the queue. I was okay with that but after an HOUR of waiting, I still did not receive my food. Felt sorry for my friend who bought a pre-prepared sushi box and was waiting for my food to arrive so we could enjoy our meal together. I went to check what was happening with my order, there was no apology, was just told that my order was not handed over to the kitchen so only after an hour and me checking did they start preparing. The girl that took my order did say sorry in a insincere way. After finally getting my food I had to rush eating it as it was getting late so couldn't really enjoy it. In addition to this, the toilet had no toilet paper either which was not ideal to say the least. What really flabbergasted me was that not even half way through my meal one of the staff said that it was their closing time and told us to leave. I was not even offered a lid for my food and literally had to walk and eat the rest on my way to the tube. It's not a cheap place so really wanted to savour the meal but with such horrendous customer service it was impossible. I was going to ask for a refund but we were kicked out so quickly that I didn't even get the chance to. Will definitely tell all my friends who work/live in the area to never visit this place! Absolutely terrible, I am still in shock to be honest. Will never come here again or even order take out, as principles. Save some extra quid and go to Wasabi instead if you're craving sushi! If I could give half a star, I would."

lachs in sushi are incomplete. stealing from the fish side? I don't want to share my lunch with someone. I don't want to eat half the laughs on sushi! even tuna sushi was not fresh. not recommended.

the best restaurant in london. I went in with my kids today and the girl behind the counter didn't even say hello to us. she was terribly rude and angry that we just entered the empty restaurant. never again. orribile service.

The sushi is good but extremely expensive, so it would be normal to expect good service. We ordered recently using Deliveroo, the rider went to the restaurant 3 times and food was not ready we had to have a big fight with Deliveroo to...get the order cancelled but by then the evening was ruined and stressful, all because the restaurant promised delivery timescales that were massively different to what they could deliver.

We have always had problems with their deliveries, always delayed for no apparent reason. Ordered directly from the website recently, food never came, and two weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. Called 3 times, emailed, no one knows what's happening. Area manager apparently...sorting it out, still no refund. Such a shame as the sushi is very nice and in my view is worth the price. But as for the delivery service and after sales.......oh my goodness they are just terrible.

I have ordered via the online sushi shop website. the order was wrong and eating was not recognizable. extremely dry and inconspicuous. the bark was like leather and the mango was hard and unusable. the new sweet sushi with avocado and chocolate in the middle was...awful it was just a massive doll cheaper chocolate on a rice, the avocado was barely visible. it looked nothing like the photo and tasted terrible. that's the worst sushi I had in my life. I can't believe that the prices they charge for such bad quality and are thrown together in such a jeopardy.

The reason I am giving two stars is because I like to eat here normally I live and work in the immediate area and often recommend this store to our guests and the sushi is okay, However yesterday I was greeted with hostility as I...was going to use the restroom. I was told customers are not alowed to use it I don't care then the young man continued by putting a vacuum in front of the restroom door and told me to get out. Now, let's bare in mind that do not mind having groups of customers sitting down eating in the premises so this could surely not be an issue reducing the spread of Covid? So if that is not the reason, then? I mean, no, surely not, was I racially profiled?

I have been a customer at brompton road south kent for years and some paint that I have been there the people there working it not very nice. talk to us ironically as if they please us one. honest recycling co-author service and management would be. a good start. last Saturday I was there and it was incredible what I bought. the quality of our meal had a terrible taste, look and texture.
