"I can 't give my opinion on the quality of the brunch nor of the service, because after almost three weeks of trying to make a reservation, I finally couldn 't make it. This was the process: 1. I called a couple of times but they told me to do it online. 2. Some days after, I passed in front of the hotel so I decided to go in and make the reservation face to face. They guided me to the restaurant and a lady there in the reception of the restaurant told me she was really sorry but she couldn 't book for me. I had to go upstairs to the hotel 's reception, and they would attend me there. 3. Went to the hotel 's reception and tried to book for two months in advance. After a while, the person called another guy, the boss, and they seemed to feel lost looking at the computer. I asked if there was any problem and they said No, no, don 't worry . I asked if we could be seated in the garden and finally they told me that the people in charge of reservations were only from 7am to 2pm, that if I wouldn 't mind calling tomorrow during that time so they could book for me. 4. Next day I called between 7am and 2pm. A girl told me she couldn 't book on a Saturday, brunches are only served on Sundays, and that I had to send a mail. She gave me the email. 5. I sent a mail indicating the date, hour and number of persons, for a Sunday. I received an almost instant reply saying Sorry, Sundays the restaurant is closed . 6. I called back again and spoke with the same girl and she told me that was an automatic reply, not to worry because when her colleagues would read my mail they would answer me properly. 7. I waited for two days and received no further answer. 8. Called back again to the same girl. She took my phone number and said that the brunches are really not served by Ramon Freixa. The Ramon Freixa restaurant closes on Sundays, and the Hotel serves the brunches, so that it was really a mistake having called to the restaurant.I was really angry by that moment, as you may imagine. 9. During that same morning, I received an email and a phone call finally apologizing for having annoyed me during two weeks, and that they could not seat 8 at a table, we had to be separated in 2 tables. 10. Logically, I have cancelled and have now booked at the Ritz, the Orfila and Intercontinental, and in less than half an hour received my confirmation. 11. That 's the service/organization/coordination of a supposedly 5Star Luxury Hotel from the Relais&Chateaux, and a 2Michelin Star restaurant, superb!"

Combination of Spanish dishes as well as healthy selections make this brunch perfect for everyone.. we were a group of 7 and everybody was pleased with the experience. Staff very friendly and helpful...Small place so make reservations.

Comida inigualable! El sabor, la textura y la historia en cada platos. La única pega el calor que se pasaba en la terraza cerrada, pero se ha equilibrado con el trato excelente de los camareros, la compañía y una experiencia digna de vivir. Voir le carte

¡Impresionante! Celebramos la boda de mi mejor amiga ahí y fue una experiencia única, igual que el hotel : Hasta ahora no había descubierto sabores tan bien elaborados! Las raciones eran perfectas y la atención del personal excepcional. Celebrare mi boda aquí sin duda

Fuimos a la hora de comer y estuvimos en la terraza interior. Espacio muy bien decorado y con muy buena iluminación. Probamos el menú mediano y fue perfecto. Con cada plato te servían un vino diferente perfecto para acompañar los matices y los sabores que componían el plato. El servicio espectacular. Al final de la experiencia vino Ramón Freixa a saludarnos y a saber que tal nos había parecido el menú, encantador.

Gran experiencia en el restaurante galardonado con 2 estrellas Michelín y 3 soles de Ramón Freixa. El servicio es bueno y atento, aunque en mi opinión hay demasiadas personas y quizá podían describir con más cariño algunos platos. El menú degustación temporalidad (95€ es amplio, con multitud de pequeños sabores, variados e innovadores. cena en familia que ha cumplido con todas las expectativas. la puesta en escena impecable, salón , especial reconocimiento a la vajilla, acompañado un muy buen servicio y el gesto amable de Ramón freixa dándonos la bienvenida y tomando el pedido (en perfecto francés). el menú mantuvo una línea maestra de buen nivel el salmonete fue muy bueno. y las ancheas bronceadas especial reconocimiento. si tuviera que decir algo que fue bueno pero no al nivel del resto fue el postre .

Had brunch here last sunday with my husband. The setting for the meal was lovely even though we were inside I'm sure in the summer it would be amazing. Food was lovely and the choices at the buffer are huge. The only downfall are the choices for the main dish there needs to be a few more options. We both went for the burger with foie gras, it was ok. The price is quite high but gicen the quality of the food and the free pouring cava it's not bad value. Hotel is beautiful and will defo return if in madrid.
