Sultan Bbq - Carte

It was really appetising fresh and tasty food and very clean, the meat was tender and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. I must say the best take away at Ibstock.

I visited the Sultan just before Christmas, I fancied something different and boy do they deliver, my mixed kebab was delicious and all the trimmings too just what I needed

We ordered a sharing deal with a tray of different meats, rice, chips, salad, coleslaw a drink. The food was outstanding everything so fresh and delicious. Will 100% order again Voir le carte

I have eaten from here now on numerous occasions and every order is delivered on time if not early, the food is really fresh and tasty, they accommodate individual needs regards a larger piece of Turkish bread every time, By far the best takeaway in Ibstock Thank you for your fresh tasty food

Terrible telephone manner they can’t wait to get you off the phone I only started saying my order he like you done errr no ,40 mins late ,and missing food there a joke shall not be having again will spend my £32 at Sunshine.This ruins your Saturday night when you get cold food and missing items and they just don’t care.

Ordered here after a recommendation, but was very disappointed. Collected our order which when we got home was missing the salad and any sauce, therefore had 2 dry chicken shish kebabs which were also really oily. Very disappointed, and would recommend other takeaways in Ibstock instead. Will certainly not be going again. Voir le carte

I am absolutely discusted, with this place, I ordered at 6.40pm for my family and it did not arrive till 8.20pm, and when it did arrive it was stone cold, absolutely vile and my step daughters food tasted like rubber. In the end we went to McDonald's to get some food as we had been out all day. And it was getting late.. I even rang the place twice to ask were our food was and all I was told was its on the way and then they put the phone down on me. I will never order from thos place again.

Very good food. However the lack of customer respect is unbelievable. Son orders from here 5 times a month atleast. Ordered a plain chicken wrap along with other things does not have no sauce or salad on his wrap which is a free add on (which is not cheap nowadays). My son adds cheese to the wrap. The order is paid for on card then when driver arrives they have the cheek to ask for £1 in cash for the cheese added on. Personally as a multiple business owner my self I find this very disrespectful from the business. Will not be ordering again.

Do not order from here. I have never left a complaint before but this place is an absolute joke. After literally hours of waiting I called them and they said it would be 45 mins, another hour later and I called to see where it was. Instead of being polite they got annoyed at my second call and said they were cancelling my order. I explained to them I’d been in the hospital, nil by mouth for over 24 hours and didn’t have any food in the house, did they care? of course not. I accept the weather is bad but if that is the reason then do not accept orders and then when the customer calls do not assure them it will arrive at a certain time and then cancel after you fail to meet a second deadline.
