"Avoid this subway for sure, I waited behind a single customer while they were being served by one member of staff, another was also on the counter but not paying attention and building an unrelated sandwich. After waiting a while for the first customer to finish the original member of staff came and started doing something else, at no point was I or the other customer behind me acknowledged or asked to wait while they sorted something, I am not even convinced they noticed me. When I turned to walk away after waiting a more than reasonable amount of time, the staff didn’t say anything, they just appeared unbothered. If I was the franchise owner I would be ashamed that I had hired such rude and incompetent staff. Also I want across the road to Tesco and got a meal deal for about 1/3rd of the price, just save the hassle and go across the road."

I ordered food from Uber Eats and everything was delicious, fresh, and well-packaged! It was a great experience, and I want to thank the people who prepared my order at 4 in the evening.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on Saturday, the 18th, and I was very impressed with the service provided by the staff. Despite being very busy, they were efficient and all of them wore masks and gloves while serving. It was very reassuring to see their attention to safety measures. Credit where credit is due! I arrived late in the evening, so not being bothered to go out to eat I decided on Subway. I tried to order a Subway Club and they didn 't know what it was. It was suggested I wait for the Manager who had 'popped out ' and would be back in 20 mins. 2 other selections I made, they didn 't have the ingredients. Overall poor and will not return.

This branch is absolutely minging! I ordered a steak and cheese footlong and it was saturated by whatever the steak was swimming in. I know Subway isn’t exactly meant to be fine dining and not exactly the finest cuts of steak but it should be edible. Even at £7 I was happy to lob this in the bin and I’m looking forward to it leaving my body through the rear exit.

"It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
