"I recently had a late lunch at the Hope Street branch in Glasgow. The new seasonal tiger sub sandwich was served cold, and it seemed like the cook may have lost focus as the sausage inside was not cooked properly. I also ordered the kartoffel side dish, but it seemed like they were just raw potatoes heated up quickly. I had to ask for them to be cooked properly, but even after they were reheated multiple times, they were still soggy and raw. I would avoid this dish at all costs."

The service I received at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly from a woman named Hein. Despite being busy and handling a difficult situation when her colleague never returned from a break, Hein handled it with professionalism and grace. She is a true credit to the industry and the business as a whole. It is unfair that she is placed in such a position with insufficient support from her coworkers. Voir le carte
