"because the card is oversightable, it was unpleasant that a dish could not be ordered anymore. the table we originally promised (reservation! am kamin should suddenly not be possible for 2 people anymore. we were set to a 4 table and saw shortly later that on the originally planned table there could be 2 people. on demand it was said that there was nothing to do, because the table reservations were constantly changing. we couldn't do anything! the two following guests could then be placed near the kamin?! we didn't find good. the order was the purest chaos. the waiter could or wanted to understand the difference between 2x suppe without brot, but brot for two people than supplement, which is why we had more brot than ordered on the table. my main dish was not served at all, so it had to be ordered again, while my guide was already eating. all this has left a very unprofessional, uncomfortable and little hospitable impression! I'm a carpenter and stay (as in the last 2o years now again to avoid the strongly touristic gastronomy in the center of the city (new market, hot market, old market). we know how to find better conditions in the city."

all very flexible. we had a table reserved for two. spontaneously someone came to him and that was not a problem. eating a little salad would have been nice. but all in all very recommended.

despite the reservations the worst place directly at the entrance/outdoor. the service went by several times without thinking about us. after 15 minutes we left. such a bad service we haven't experienced yet.

the card incorrect and not complete. if I order an ice cup, I expect a pure ice cup and not an undefined cuddly dumpling with imperial and apple-nuts. Especially if this is not so on the map. klamation without result in the service power....Normally should have taken this from the bill....The rest of the eating has not been so great. . Schönes Restaurant. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr bemüht, teilweise schon fast zu viel (stehen teilweise neben dem Tisch und schauen zu). Käsespätzle leider nicht sehr geschmackvoll und schienen wie aus der Packung. Generell kam das Essen auch verdächtig schnell. Wir waren nicht unzufrieden aber würden jetzt nicht nochmal hingehen wenn man in einer Stadt wie Köln so eine Auswahl hat.

Sind mit Freunden dort gewesen, es mag verwunderlich sein, aber brauchten wirklich Beratung um unser Essen zu bestellen, lag an uns, das Servicepersonal konnte das wirklich sehr gut und wir sind sehr zu Frieden mit den Speisen gewesen. Die Portionen sind groß und so wollten wir uns die Rest einpacken lassen, das wurde verneint . Da haben wir erstmal geschluckt. Die Auflösung kam aber sogleich, wir bringen Ihnen die Verpackung und Sie können das selber einpacken. Das fanden wir Mega, uns hat das schon immer gestört wenn die Teller wieder durch das Restaurant getragen wurden und wir 10 Minuten auf das einpacken warten mussten.
