Starbucks T5a - Carte

Toasted sandwich, cake, tea and a water for £11.50. Fast service, reasonable quality, and not a bad price for an airport.

Tasteless croissant and flavorless latte. Never again. Starbucks is the Wendy's of coffee shops. Always mediocre, and crowded, and overpriced.

We had plenty of time and the crowd was big at all the other places so we decided to grab some coffees and cookies from this cafe. They were all fine. Voir le carte

Not so good early morning visit. £16 got us a toasted sandwich, bacon roll, banana bread and two drinks All the toasted sandwiches had mustard added, so I ended up with a very dry bacon roll, not very nice

Worst starbucks ever..service is dismal.. Cleaning happened and we got asked to leave. One server dropped chairs 3 times with an I don't care attitude. Tables and chairs dirty,one would expect international standards..it might have missed the starbucks terminal 5 completely.

Due to a delayed flight with BA, we were given X4 £4 food n drink vouchers which we spent at Starbucks! We all ordered a frappe- I got the cookies n cream while my sister got the caramel. All drinks were great quality with lots of cream and flavour... considering it was so busy, the staff were very quick and handled the stress really well. Voir le carte

Used fir a break before airport pick up. Good location but that’s all. Dirty tables and floor. Asked for a tea, I was given a cup full of milk with an insipid tea bag. I asked for one with the milk separate. The server then gave me a half filled cup with a split tea bag. I asked for another one and he said I don’t know how to make tea??????? Eventually I was given another cup with the split tea leaves still floating in it. I would never come back here

The Frappuccino cookie was a block of ice!!! Literally! Made once, twice, and a third time still too much ice, not taste at all! ice so thick that wouldn't even go through the stow! Reason? They have big cubes of ice that don't ground as it should! Ok! So if the product doesn't meet the standard specification, why still selling the product? Terrible disappointment! Was looking forward to my little rare moment of joy! I be been asked for an alternative but after so much ice I felt a bit queasy! Please sort this out!!

My wife and I transited through Terminal 5 in a Germany to Arizona flight. The only place open in the entire area was Starbuck. I avoid this place on a good day as the coffee, while good, is way overpriced. However, it was morning and we had a ten hour flight in fron of us that was delayed due to fog. What the heck. With no other options my wife and I ordered coffee and two things to eat. I ordered the festive panini that while not great, it was very flavorful and reminded me of Thanksgiving. It was filled filled stuffing and gravy. You really cannot ruin this. My wife went with the all day breakfast wrap, which she described as simply putrid.
