"If the door had been shut and all the staff were round the back smoking fags, I would have felt more welcome than I did tonight... I was served by a Young kid with no social skills, who didn 't even say hello and just addressed me by saying what ja wont but with an attitude of such pointed disinterest that not even Voldemort would have bothered with him. Moreover, things got even worse when, to my greater astonishment, I discovered that the pile of dripping, sticky nastiness in the middle of the room was actually the self-service area for coffee accessories. DISGUSTING!"

all the staff are amazing especially baby Dan. he helped me with my decision and made me an amazing drink. will go there again.

Can get quite busy, particularly for drive thru coffee. To say the drive thru roadway is uneven is rather generous. Otherwise everything you would expect from Starbucks.

Called in on way to a famous furniture shop and enjoyed great coffee relaxing with a book. Observed great customer care when coffee was spilt, quickly cleaned up and new coffee delivered to customer.

I love coming here on the days I'm required to commute to work. Coffee is strong which is to my taste and I love the sausages baps but not always available, maybe its covid. Nice and quiet at 7am. The only thing that needs improving is the parking, the spaces are really tight. Voir le carte

We called today, and were shocked to find how dirty the floors were, plus tables were not cleared or wiped. Dirty, Dirty/Dirty.Empty sugar packets littered the floors, and it appeared staff were just too busy chatting amongst themselves to clean up. Food/coffee were nice though.We will not return.

I came in on a freezing cold November evening and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Deb! She asked how my day was and how I was and it genuinely made my day and the best part was you could still se she was smiling at me even though she was wearing a mask! One of the best Starbucks’s experience’s I’ve had! Keep it up guys! Thank you Deb! :

Came through the drive thru today with my sister after we both had the worst day. Both in flood of tears just wanted a pick me up. I only had cash (they only take card) and the lovely young lady at the window paid for the drinks for us because she saw we were upset! I didn't catch her name but she had long dark hair and flicky eyeliner. Honestly made our day entirely, during all the madness there is still some kindness in the world. Voir le carte

Dan was so lovely. Super patient with me my fussy order! I ordered a Vegan Decaf Mocha (The worst kind of coffee order). He recommended the White Choc Mocha even gave me some vegan whipped cream! Was absolutely LUSH. I apologized as I collected the coffee for my fussy order he excused me said it was completely fine said he'd enjoyed just having a conversation! Legend. My next Starbucks will be from Sports Village for his kind service! Thank you!

Popped in to get a coffee and heard the staff talking loudly about my son who was waiting outside for me, accusing him of buying mcdonalds food and trying to use the starbucks garden furniture, which was not the case. He was being mindful of covid rules and was waiting outside for me rather than in the shop.Really its good customer service not to gossip and be catty about people, you never know who's listening!Shame on the sturbuck staff who did this today, will take my business else where.I definitely like my coffee with out prejudice !!!

"It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
