Service is great! The beef tongue tastes good. The veg in the steak dish is good. The eel is too salty, can’t really taste the original taste from the fish itself. Over all it’s ok, not amazing to how much it costs.

Might have chosen the wrong main… took the star off but definitely will update when I return. The eel was must to be desired, however the rest of the meal was outstanding. The bone marrow- so tasty. The tongue fab. Desserts great. Voir le carte

Wonderful lunch, some hits and misses but generally the food is good. Since they are a bakery I’d have expected bread to be warm when they serve but it wasn’t. Sauces for salad are repeat in different dishes Must book ahead as they seem to be quite popular.

Slightly lost for words about my evening here. Food was absolutely outstanding, worked my way through most of the incredible white wines there are loads served by the glass. Service was lovely and atmosphere was perfect. Especially enjoyed the pig skin with radish and roasted shallots, the blood cake, and you've got to have the Welsh Rarebit. Can't recommend this place enough, everything was excellent value for money too.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in London and my kind of starred restaurant too: 1) The food: the best ingredients, beautifully cooked, simply plated, generous portions, you will be left speechless as the flavors built in your mouth 2) The vibe: easy going, absolutely informal and with a welcoming eat well feel good ambiance 3) The crew: the most knowledgeable front-house staff on top of seasonal specials, cooking methods and recommendations 4) The **** mary: a 10/10 spicy, with fresh horseradish and no silly frou-frou-frou garnishes.
