"we have eaten the first time in the "spice of india" and were pleasantly surprised. our experiences with Indian eating are admittedly low. the restaurant is beautifully decorated and manageable. the service was very courteous and attentive. there was a family atmosphere. eating (chicken tikka masalla and curry chicken sweet-sauer with a large portion nanbrot) was served quickly and appealingly. the amount was sufficient.While eating was asked several times for our satisfaction.After the very good meal there was for everyone a very delicious mango leti on cost of the house. total invoice amount 29€ (incl. two drinks). Refreshment: 100%"

The Spice of India restaurant in Paderborn serves good Indian-style food, at a reasonable cost. I ordered the Lamm Rogan Josh, and put in a request for a spicy preparation. The dish turned out to be pretty good, although not wholly matching my expectations. The ambiance of this place is decent, albeit a little dark. In general, I would rate my experience as 6 on a scale of 10.
