the hotel is located at the rande des quadrats in mannheim, which is really annoying to find a parking space and have a geduld for the traffic. the two who served us were only a joy. excellent service and very friendly. the portion is very large and the green spaghetti was beautiful. the cream is hard that makes it instantly full (or it's just me) but the ambiente is quite romantic. Located at the outskirts of the Quadrat in Mannheim, which is really a hassle to find a parking area and to have a patience for the traffic. The 2 ladies who served us were just a delight. Excellent Service and very courteous. The serving is quite big and the green spaghetti was lovely. The creme is just heavy that makes you full immediately (or it is just me). But the ambiance is quite romantic.

nice service is the only positive thing I can say about spaghetti oper. on a place specializing in pasta, it was a shame to have spaghetti overcooked. but the worst – they used dried(! crawler to season! I had a dish with a whistle, and about 40% muddle on my teller were either cracked or closed (one should throw away unopened muscheln after cooking – they can cause poisoning. my data had cancer pastes: they used marinade (canned? crayfish, which tasted like a resin and marinade flavor, remained so strong that it was also revealed by too heavy cream sauce. may not recommend.

But worst thing – they used dried(!) herbs to season! I had a dish with mussels, and about 40% of mussels on my plate were either cracked or closed (one should throw away unopened mussels after cooking – they can cause poisoning). My date had crayfish pasta: they used marinated (canned?) crayfish, which tasted like a resin and marinade taste remained so strong that it was unspoiled even by excessively heavy cream sauce. The Spaghetti Oper is one of my favorite places to go. The waitress has been there for ever and is such a sweet heart. Me and my oldest friend we have been coming here for roughly ten years now and we still love it! The food is just amazing and you will find that the dishes actually are named after protagonists of all kind of operas and musicals. Really fun! And take this: The dish with mussels is called Starlight Express!!! My favorite dish is the pasta with dug, almonds and honey sauce. It's got an extraordinary sweet and salty taste to it. Just wonderful!If you visit Mannheim, I would recommend eating out here!

this is a really funny pasta restaurant in the funky northwest quadrant of mannheim. although apparently renovated the decor is 1970s retro style. it is not so big in the inner and on a Wednesday it was busy so that reservations are recommended. we shared a bruschetta, which was in order, tasty but small, covered with a tomatenart paste. there is a fantastic selection of different spaghetti dishes with many fascinating ingredients. we had the green noodles with chicken strip spinat and Gorgonzola sauce that was rich and creamy with a lot of huh. my wife had green spaghetti with garnel and sweet. both were great and the service friendly all washed with a beautiful bottle wein. if they do not...
