"The food is really yummy but the service is appalling. We placed an order via telephone, they said 25mins but when we went to collect, they made my little brother wait another 35 mins in total. I rang after 15mins of waiting outside in the car only to be told that they were short staffed and will be a few minutes. They were another 20mins and then had the cheek to charge full price with no apology. I'm sure they didn't take the order down in the first place or forgot so would've just preferred them to be honest so I could go elsewhere instead. We thought we'd order again and give them the benefit of doubt as everyone makes mistakes and the food is really tasty. This time they made my hubby wait another 15mins from collection time to which they explained they were short staffed again. They got my order wrong as they ordered me meal instead of a wrap and then charged me for a peri chicken wrap (which is what I ordered and is more expensive) but gave me a fried chicken wrap meal instead. They missed the salad from the chicken donner which I'm not so fussed about, but then the keema and chips was leaking from the sides."

Some food is lovely. Liked the shamis and chicken donner. Sauces are beautiful, almost identical to shimlas. Pizzas can be variable, good or bad.

Ordered from there once,Arrived very late, Cold, food quality was poor, toppings used on the pizzas is terrible. A few of the item from my order were missing.

Snooty now called Scooty.use to be my favourite place for spice beef pizza.but last few visits put me off from that place.looks like they forgot how to make nice pizza.i will say in simple words.they increase prices but reduced taste.

Ordered a Donor pizza, very disappointing from the pic these guys have online you are led to believe they make fresh pizza base. Unfortunately that’s not true they use frozen bases and they hardly put any donor on. Won’t be going back.

Ordered from here for home delivery. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken donner on naan with all salad and sauce. Was nice and juicy and a good portion size (I only ate half of it and finished the rest of next day) very similar to shimlas chicken donner. Only constructive criticism I have is the person who takes the orders, needs to calm down and remember his manners
