"Normally I report a positive experience only. I understand that sometimes despite the good intention the food might not be your taste. But this time, I have to make an exception. We have ordered two risottos. What we have received was parboiled rice. With a real Italian risotto the similarity was the name only. No original Italian rice was used, it was not creamy, not thoroughly cooked and we are convinced, it was prepared from parboiled ordinary rice. When we have complaint after first bites, a very arrogant young waiter, a lady declaring herself as a chief, informed us, that as usual the risotto was prepared from “pre-boiled” rice and everything is fine and we do not understand the Italian cousin. When we wanted to speak with the cook, she rejected our wish with an explanation he does not speak any German. We insisted that the meet is not what we have ordered. Then she took it away with a comment "If you do not like it, it is your problem." There was no try to offer us a substitute or another dish. The meet was at the end put on our bill with the explanation that we have ordered it and we have to pay for it. When we have complained we are not ready to pay for something the quality was really poor and we have not eaten it at all, she called a police. When they arrived, she presented an original Italian short grain rice package declaring this is the raw material the risotto was prepared from. “Pre-boiled” rice was not mentioned at all. The police informed us, that we have to pay for what we have ordered and we can complain about the food by the local court, if we wish so. The lady presented herself in a very rude and arrogant manner and must have been ever from her colleague becalmed . After all, the problem was not the money we had to pay but the atmosphere we were treated. The evening was spoiled."
