The bistro is already very popular due to its acquaintance. The young blonde service power and your boss, understand the craftsmanship of the gastronomy and implement it excellently at the guest. Although this Bistro etablissement calls itself and is therefore also offered in typical bistro dishes, I am very excited about the constellation of the menu and its contents. The individual dishes are carefully, carefully and very creatively prepared and served. I myself have already tried some dishes in the Bistro Pikanto and am always very surprised how fresh, for example, can be a salad, how well the individual meats are prepared, how harmoniously the seasoning ratio is, etc. There someone really thought in the concept so that basically something is offered for almost everyone. "Were today for Christmas dinner with the family in the cuckoo and were unfortunately disappointed. There were different menus to choose from, of which all had the same soup and dessert. The soup was very delicious and nice hot. At the main courts we had 5 different plus the children's court. There the potato pulp was very sharp and had a light powder taste, the chicken carving in crispy panade was quite good. The Cordon Bleu was very thin, the Zander incl. Supplements were very delicious. Unfortunately the goulash of the deer grows, partly very fat and the sauce is sour. The goose breast completely dry, the sauce was also sour and very little, and there were red cabbage that was strongly boiled. The Rumpsteak was good. The dessert was very special, the part very small. For the child, a vanilla ice cream with smarties (on request, actually belonged to the same soup/sweet as with the other dishes). The service was good, even if the service was very reserved, we would have had a little more kindness here (only with the children). The ambience itself is great, even if it is always full for Christmas. Today we sat at the fireplace that was fired everywhere, the request that no more wood should be persecuted was ignored. This made it very warm, which was sometimes unpleasant. Overall, we were disappointed because we remembered better (from before Corona) and for the next Christmas dinner we will look for something else."
