"The venue is is spacious and comfortable. The food is good enough although unsurprising. The hosting staff was very welcoming and sat us right away BUT it is almost all ruined by the clueless and extremely slow service. 20 minutes to get our order taken, we waited over 35 mn to get our mains after our starters , it took another good 15 minutes after asking to get the bill and another 10 to get someone to allow us ti pay ! I wish I could describe the food in more detail the Arancini starters were OK. We had the cod which was fresh and plain,, the side of greens was bland and served with a tea spoon as utensils. Just average."

I was extremely disappointed with both the menu options and the poor service at this restaurant. I have no plans to return.

Disappointing. Smiths used to be my go to restaurant with clients. It appears to have changed hands. No sparkling water, no bottled beer, tiny menu that was more like a bistro than a classy restaurant that Smiths of Smithfield used to be.

The location and atmosphere were fantastic, with great views and lots of natural light. It was a quiet lunchtime, so there were no issues. The food quality was inconsistent, but overall the small plates were expensive and lacked seasoning. Voir le carte

Despite a very limited menu, the food was good the service was attentive without being intrusive and the sun permitting us to enjoy the terrace but the restaurant felt tired and needs a good clean especially the glass fencing around the terrace I’d definitely go back but maybe I’d take with a pair of marigolds and scrubbing brush

tasty appetisers , very good cote de bouef steak perfectly cooked , lovely crème brulee , good relaxed service but attention waned towards the end . Good wine list not unnecessarily long . shame it wasn't warm enough to go on the terrace which when you can use it always makes this such a memorable event . Bars down stairs look a good vibe
