The food was served hot and fresh, and the waiting and bar staff were lovely. It might get a bit noisy if you go there to catch up and have a conversation, but it didn't bother us at all—we enjoyed the lively atmosphere!

Unfortunately, what was meant to be a pleasant start to our evening quickly turned into a stressful experience. We had a reservation for 6 PM since we had tickets to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at 8 PM, but we only received our table at 6:15 PM. After ordering our food, we were informed that there would be an hour wait. In reality, we waited an hour and fifteen minutes, and we only received our meals after we raised our concerns. Once seated, we waited an hour to be served, while several tables that arrived after us were attended to and had their meals served in just 20 minutes. When we inquired about our order, we were merely asked what we had ordered. After mentioning our dish, we were brought the wrong items about 10 minutes later. When I pointed out the mistake, they asked if I had a receipt, which I didn’t, since they hadn’t provided one. When arriving there is nowhere to say you need to go upstairs for your booking. There were no staff to be seen we just chanced it going upstairs after standing waiting to find someone for 10 minutes. We then waited over an hour for food yet everyone who came in after us we’re served within 20 minutes and even left..
