"When we arrived, the person at the restaurant door told us he wasn’t letting anyone in. We explained that we had a reservation, but he claimed he couldn’t find it and said it was the second time that evening this had happened. I showed him our reservation on OpenTable, but after searching for a bit, he informed us we were at the wrong restaurant and asked us to leave. I double-checked and even asked some locals, and it turned out we were at the correct address, the right restaurant, and the correct date and time. His rudeness was shocking, and because of COVID, we couldn’t find another place to eat. It was incredibly disappointing."

When we arrived, the man at the entrance of the restaurant claimed he hadn’t let anyone in. We told him that couldn’t be right since this was our second attempt that night. I showed him our reservation from OpenTable, but after some hesitation, he insisted we were at the wrong restaurant and asked us to leave. I double-checked and consulted with some locals, and it was definitely the correct address, the right restaurant, and for the correct date and time. His rudeness was astonishing, and given the COVID situation, we couldn’t go to another restaurant. It was very disappointing.
