Nice place, bad service, standard food, acid wine all for very high price... Not recommended, you can eat much better in zone.

Came all the way from New York City with family and friends and had THE most authentic Italian dining experience ever! The chef and owner, Samuele, was incredible and a mutual friend. Una location davvero carina nel bel centro storico di Corigliano d’Otranto… D’estate si cena in una bella terrazza intima che ricorda anche negli arredi il Marocco.. Accoglienza ottima,simpatica e informale con lo chef proprietario che ti racconta i piatti. Pesce ma non solo cucinato in modo perfetto e innovativo. Conto leggermente sopra la media ma la qualità,il servizio e l’ambiente lo impongono… Complimenti!!!

The Owner-chef Samuele is such a passionate and talented one of a kind artist. As soon as You enter the restaurant (corner fireplace, and tall candle holders) you know you are in good hands and will have an extraordinary experience. If you can only do one restaurant in this area, you should go to Sinodia! The food, service, decor, are all AAA . Fabulous souvenirs and can’t wait to go back and try the rooftop terrace.

Hidden away down a side street off the small quiet Piazza san Nicola, there are some fairy lights around a doorway, and quirkily strung across the alleyway entwined through some white laundry! This is were the magic begins! Inside you will be met by the magicians themselves and shown to your whiten linen dressed table in the gorgeously styled restaurant. And then there is the food! Delicious, tasty and beautifully presented. We had mussels gratin and octopus to start, followed by slow cooked belly of pork and gorgeous melt in the mouth tuna. If you are visiting the Greci towns of South Puglia, you should definitely come to Corigliano d’Otranto for the great castel and dinner here. Voir le carte
