"I visited Sift after reaching out to the owner, Rosie, about soy-free options. It’s a lovely, cozy café located in the heart of Otley, with convenient parking nearby. I ordered the courgette and mint soup, while my husband had the homemade beans on toast, along with two decaf Americano coffees. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. Rosie had made a soy-free coconut and cherry cake just for me, which was a wonderful way to end a tasty lunch. I would definitely return if we’re in the area again!"

we took our dogs and enjoyed lunch and tea and cake. the sandwiches were delicious and fresh and the cakes were also beautiful. many vegan options, hard to choose.

this is my favorite café in otley. it is vegetarian with many vegan options. the atmosphere is sweet and cozy and the staff is very friendly. they sell comfortable lunches like avocado toast and delicious cakes.

When I had lunch with my mother, I ordered the hummus toast, and she ordered the avocado toast. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, and the staff were wonderful. This update reflects my experience since the previous review on September 23, 2021.

Sift is a fantastic new addition to the town. The highlight here is definitely the cakes, and the selection is consistently impressive. I have a gluten intolerance, but I can always find a delightful cake that suits my needs, so I never feel like I'm missing out. Although I'm not vegan, the café offers great vegan options, and honestly, when I try the vegan cakes, I don't feel like I'm missing dairy at all. Great job, Sift!
