Shanghai Teahouse - Carte

Had a really fantastic meal here. Great balance of flavours and very reasonable prices. Great to also see a full gluten free menu!

Absolutely stunning food. Best Beef and Green Pepper Black Bean Sauce set menu 12pm to 4pm 2 course 11.90pp. Staff are excellent brilliant service

First lunch out with covid controls changing. A brilliant starter, main course. The service is exceptional, friendly and welcoming staff. Already looking forward going back.

the overall experience was good. eating was quick to reach and was good. ambience was busy and good. this place I can imagine is happy enough, because this business is scaled for volume. could be great if they wanted it, but they didn't. 4 stars and good. Voir le carte

my first visit to this restaurant, accompanied by my wife and sister, and I was not disappointed .we had the 5 course banquet, and we are all agreed that the meal was great. the place is really nice and the staff is really friendly and first class service. will be back soon

Restaurant is a lovely setting but the parking is pretty difficult. Service was really quick with the staff being very attentive. Ordered the sharing starter then a Chinese curry Hong Kong Sweet Sour chicken, both meals were delicious but surpisingly, the rice noodles had to be ordered separately. Over all, the sharing starter, 2 mains, rice, noodles 2 drinks was just over £50 .. great value we will be back.

I was asked to go here for a family dinner. Despite my reservation, due to a previous bad experience with the staff, I joined my family for dinner. I should have trusted my past experience and stayed at home. I have never been to a restaurant where the staff treat you so badly and expect you to enjoy the experience! No point in commenting on the food, as none of us enjoyed it because of the waitress treatment and disgruntled behaviour. The staff should find a new job as they're clearly unhappy! Voir le carte
