Sergio's - Menu

Poor service, very rude owner. Not good value for money. You can make a better pizza by buying a base from Lidl. The waitresses seem to be rushed around (clearly understaffed) which makes the dire experience even worse

Pizza was below average, staff looked terrified of the owner. The place looks like it's from the 90s. £55 for two average pizzas and a glass of wine due to the 10% surcharge on the bill. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 as the...waiting staff were trying their best.

After we have visited sergios whenever we are in bristol, this lovely restaurant never disappoints. If you want a restaurant that gives them the rustic feel with delicious food, then this is the place after we have 2 of bristols Michelin star restaurants on our...trip sergios is up there with the best of them.

I can't believe how rude the manager has acted towards his female staff. he cried to her until I felt very uncomfortable. she was beautiful and accommodating while breathing her neck down. he took his wut. it is also true, he takes the majority of the tips, even if it is clear, the tips were left for the beautiful waitress and not the detestable sergio.

I went to sergios before a show in the hippodrome was a tradition for us for a long time, I was just as happy for her! that was and is still delicious, but the price we paid last night was blackmailed and twice what we paid before. the price increase is unjustified and I will not come back. a real shame, but it is simply not worth money and feels incredibly greedy. never again.

We really enjoyed our food. The tirimisu was gorgeous. Even with the long wait. The restaurant was absolutely packed. The service was good as you could see they were rushed off their feet. The only thing and this seems to happen in a lot of...restaurants the wine is terrible! It was undrinkable. When you go out for a meal you pay way over the odds for a bottle of wine so why serve nasty wine. You can get some very nice wine in a supermarket for about £6 so surely if you are charging £30 for a bottle of wine you could get a nice one. I would definitely eat there again. But stick to soft drinks

Me and my partner attended this restaurant this valentines day with hopeful expectations. All expectations were flushed down the toilet, when we were seated immediately next the bathroom. We were rushed when having our order taken, after being told they were only serving food from...their valentines we saw food off that menu being served. In my time, I have seen few restaurant managers so openly insistent on kissing/shouting at their young, female staff or such uncomfortable looking staff. I wanted to ask the staff how long they'd been putting up with this for, but he was so freakishly...controlling of everything they did that I never got the chance. Even the food was disappointing. I would sooner order a Pizza Hut than go back for that. I at least have to commend the waiting staff for trying their best, amidst being barely allowed to talk and told off for perfectly laid tables. The manager was constantly pressurising me and shouting at me. I applied for the pot washing position and then suddenly i am moved to the waiter position which i did not sign up for as I'm 16 and have no experience in this but i...felt pressured to do it. The owner Sergio would constantly shout at me and swear at me during the sifts adding more pressure onto the high pressure environment, this made it harder for me to do the job. I would always be anxious before going to work because of how he would act during the shift.
