very nice service. great food and great homemade beer. good price too. we have eaten for 35 euro a couple with beer and dessert included in the price.

Tolles Essen und herrliche Gespräche mit Einheimischen und der Paula, der Bedienung. Man wird sofort in Gespräche eingebunden, nicht wie Fremde behandelt. cool

Im Dezember 2015 habe ich als Beilage Pommes Frittes gewählt. Leider keine gute Wahl. Die Fritzen waren fast kalt und scheußlich matschig. Das war ungeniesbar. Die Einrichtung der Räume ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Bier ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage am Marktplatz ist unübertroffen. Man kann draußen und Drinne gut sitzen. Leider fehlt ein guter Koch.

Walk thru the quaint town afterward get an ice cream and...look through the trendy shops. What a stress free relaxing day driving thru the beautiful German countryside.

only reason not a 5 is, the service is always slow. but if they are relaxed, it doesn't play a role. I gave the place next door, resengourg also four. I think it's worth a visit. service is faster for beer...and attention to customer needs, but if they have only one choice, they meet the black brew for the combined homeade beer and eat. both are very different, but both are traditional guesthouses Voir le carte

and I have eaten many, many sour roasts in my 30 years in Germany. the sour roasts on the black brew are served in two beautiful, thick pieces, which are tender enough to be easily stacked with a fork (like... it should be) the heavy is exceptional, not too thin, not too thick, just right and sweet. served with a large broth deposit that I ate and a kartoffel deposit that I ate about 1/3. delicious red cabbage. only disappointment was the lack of jelly or cranberry or johannisbeer sauce I am used to. the gravur was sweet enough to compensate for this either in view or simply on the part of the cook. I told the waitress that it was the best of my life and she passed it on to the kitchen. tast...

The sauerbraten at the Schwanenbrau is served in two nice, thick pieces which are tender enough to be easily picked apart with a fork (as...it should be) the gravy is exceptional, not too thin, not too thick, just right and sweet. Served with a large bread dumpling which I ate and a potato dumpling which I ate about of. Delicious red cabbage. Only disappointment was the lack of any jelly or cranberry or currant sauce, to which I am accustomed. The gravy was sweet enough to offset this either oversight or just omission on the part of the cook. I told the waitress it was the best of my lif... Voir le carte
