"I had booked the hotel spontaneously because it was close to my client and was still reasonably affordable (Messe in Nuremberg). Even during the day I was called and asked if I wanted to eat in the evening (taken 20-21 as an arrival time when booking). Due to the closure of the kitchen, I was asked to make a bread time so that I would get something to eat in the evening. Despite the fact that I have eaten with relatives in the evening, this is an exemplary and simply super customer service. The check-in and the handover of the keys went smoothly. My room or better said apartment was really big and had a living room and a large hall next to the bedroom. It was probably a new room and very modern. Very nice.Also breakfast was suitable and staff attentive and accommodating.Only the officially suggested breakfast time of 8.00 a.m. (unofficially it was fortunately already before) is too late for me as a business traveler.Everything in all, the attentive, friendly and accommodating staff made a smile on my face. Thank you to the team."

The accommodation in the annex was very pleasant. The rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped.Also the restaurant was cozy, but we hoped for a not so early peg stroke. A hotel bar would have been nice.

The room is great. It is large, clean and modern furnished. The services were all very friendly. Food and drink is very delicious. For children there is a large playground and a lot to experience in the hotel's castle park. Too bad my kids weren't there. Keep going. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I can't rate the rooms there for lunch. Had wild goulash with bulging. The clot was hard like old bread and was easily replaced. The goulash was delicious but could have been significantly warmer. We were traveling with 41 women from the north for four nights.The owner couple welcomed us very cordially and our suitcases were brought to the room on request.The rooms are completely renovated, tasteful and high quality equipped.We were accommodated in three different houses very close to the main house and very satisfied with our accommodation.Our food was excellent and the service at the table was perfect.It is certainly not easy to have such a large travel group satisfactorily
