I’ve been to a lot of good restaurants in Rome and multiple Michelin Star restaurants, this place beat them all. We ordered a la carte and had a bottle of wine….nothing short of fantastic! The chef did an amazing job and the service was top notch.

Massimo Viglietti is now at the helm of this ultra fine dining restaurant in a very elegant hotel. If you are adventurous and willing to make the investment you will be rewarded with a superlative dining experience. Massimo also has a passion for finding lesser known wines of great merit as well as stocking more widely known outstanding vintages. One of the best dining choices in Rome.

staff very welcoming. Menu had about five dishes per course which means fewer choices of each course which usually means that what they cook is of a good standard. The lamb dish did not disappoint it was delicious and cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Even though the restaurant was quiet the staff were very friendly and talkative and made up for the lack of atmosphere. Would definitely eat there again. Voir le carte

Ristorante di alto livello situato al piano terra dello storico hotel Byron di Roma. La sala é magistralmente decorata, il servizio eccellente e le pietanze preparate con cura e sapienza dallo chef ligure. Sono presenti diversi percorsi degustazione con offerta anche vegetariana. Ottimo il 4 portante che con l aperitivo, la degustazione di pane e l'amuse bouche de facto divente un 7 portate. Maitre preparatissimo e servizio impeccabile. Unica nota avrei gradito della petite patisserie insieme al caffè. Grazie per la serata, a presto!

What a fabulous restaurant. The staff were so attentive and whilst the portions were small it was true fine dining each course impressive and full of flavour. We enjoyed the seven course tasting menu which was delightful whilst on holiday in Rome staying at the Lord Byron. The restaurant itself offers a truly intimate dining experience. If you are staying here it would be wrong not to enjoy such a fabulous restaurant. We’ve been fortunate enough to have experienced a few fine dining tasting menus and these have on occasion become heavy going. But the Relais de Jardin have the right balance of delicious and exciting food with the correct balance of portions. Enjoy

piccolo hotel elegante in una zona residenziale, molto tranquillo, lontano dal grande traffico delle zone più dal turismo di massa e molto vicino alla villa borghese. personale molto gentile, disponibile e attento ai clienti. i mobili in stile déco lo rendono unico, soprattutto se come me ami questo stile. le camere sono molto pulite, arredate con camera dotata di tutti i comfort (acqua completa, pantofole, kit di bellezza, giornale del mattino, ecc). e sono preparati per la notte. La colazione offre molte proposte, dal dolce al salato, con una vasta selezione di tè di strada di firenze, e prodotti di qualità.
