We found the service excellent, and food was good, maybe a little more expensive side but were pleased with portion of seafood and good quality.

Disappointing, very handy for our hotel but one of the worst meals we had during our stay, was hoping for tasty lamb but seemed not much meat but more bone

We have eaten here every time we visited Cala Major and will return again. The restaurant owners are lovely. Good food and wine. Easy to watch the world go by. Well worth a visit.

First rate menu choice from tasty tapas dishes through to main courses. Wine was reasonable at €15 per bottle and a lovely atmosphere with warm lighting. Tables not too close together either.

Ate here 3 evenings during our week long visit. Would have been four but closed on Wednesdays. Excellent menu and tapas choices cooked by mum and served by her daughter. Both delightful ladies who went out of their way to make us welcome.

Starters and main course (Paella) were very good but the desert (cremà catalana) was below average which ended up spoiling the dinner that until then was without faults. Staff was a bit mix as one was very welcoming and nice but the other looked like wanted to get us out as fast as possible coming to the table to pick up the dishes even before we finished.

We were staying in the area on a Friday and tried to get in to several seafood restaurants without a reservation with no luck. This place kept coming up in my search and the ratings were decent, but was hoping for a sea view. We decided to give it a try and are soooo happy we did. The seafood was top quality so fresh and not previously frozen. The staff was really helpful and we chatted with owners who were just lovely. We had one of the best meals of our visit to Mallorca. We would gladly give up a sea view for this food and are already planning another meal here on our return visit next month.

We went 5 people for dinner. Had a pizza, a lasagne bolognese, 2 x spaghetti bolognese and a spinach/cheese tortellini. The lasagne was good in taste, but extremely small in serving. The spaghettis also good in taste, however we could have wanted a bit more sauce. The tortellini was perhaps seasoned as intended, but it quickly became rather uninteresting to eat. The pizza had a good crust... For dessert we had some cheesecake, and they were both delicious and plentiful in size. The young waitresses were friendly, but the place seemed understaffed. We had a lot of waiting time, and the food couldn't quite make up for it.

This restaurant was convenient for the location of our hotel and it also had some good reviews but we didn't have a good experience. My boyfriend ordered Taglierini with Seafood and we had to send it back as the prawns were uncooked (food poisoning hazard). In such cases I would expect the chef to be kind enough to send her apologies, but we had the feeling she couldn't care less. I ordered Risotto mar y monti, nothing special but at least the seafood was cooked. For drinks, I ordered the Vermouth Bitter Danks from the cocktail menu and was given a Bitter Kas, some sort of soft drink that has nothing to do with vermouth. I had the feeling the waitress didn't know what I ordered and wasn't ad...
