Lovely place!! We couldn't choose any better than staying with Ian and Tess. Lovely room, breakfast and customer service. Will definitely come back!

I haven't visited since the renovation of the facility, but here are my thoughts: Rooms: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Stunning view, Excellent value.

Charming countryside hotel offering meals prepared with locally-sourced farm ingredients. The staff is wonderful, and the service is excellent. A must-visit when you're in Hope Cove!

What a beautiful place! We couldn't have made a better choice than staying with Ian and Tess. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back!

I stayed for three nights at Sand Pebbles, a friendly, family-run hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the sea and beach. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and they are dog-friendly, though I didn't bring my dog on this trip. I would definitely consider bringing him along in the future!

I do not recommend this place! They only seem to accept positive reviews, which makes me wonder why. The building is in poor condition and the accommodations are filthy and unsafe, listed on Airbnb by SalcombeAir, who disregarded my daughter's serious complaints. Fortunately, Airbnb offered an instant refund. Stay away from this place!

After that, I spent nearly two months trying to get my refund by calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails, but they ignored all my attempts to reach them. Eventually, I had to go through my bank to recover my money. If my bank hadn't intervened, this establishment would have taken over £400 from me. I'm sharing my experience in hopes of warning others to avoid a similar situation.

I spent a couple of nights here and had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. There were a few other couples staying as well, creating a relaxed vibe. A big highlight is that they use locally sourced ingredients, and they even raise their own meat on a nearby farm. The result is some truly delicious home-cooked food. It was a delightful getaway.

I stumbled upon this restaurant at the last minute after a rough day at work, and I'm so glad I did! The owner and staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There was plenty of parking available, and the place was comfortable and clean. They also have a bar, and as for the food, everything looked great, but the burger I had was out of this world! It was massive, and I can confidently say it's one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. You definitely have to try it!
