This hotel is really wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, and the beds were absolutely huge! Freeview was available, but I was a bit disappointed that the radio wasn't accessible. Other than that, everything was great. Rooms: 5, Service: 5, Location: 4. Voir le carte

Great experience, visited twice within a month. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was luxury, loads of restaurant within the area. Gym facility was quiet and nice. Lots of Parking space. The only bad experience was the awful smell, once you are outside the hotel. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Great view, Great value

After 2 visits in weeks for business the lift was still broken , reception staff was nowhere to be seen for 20 mins so had to wait to check in only to be told that she was multitasking, bar and restaurant staff very rude and made us uncomfortable, service with a smile NOT , the rooms r ok ,clean but not what they say they are , overall very disappointed for the price they charge . Massive carpark A warm welcome from reception All info given Long walk to the room Lift was out of order but the stairs were easy enough. Room was a good size as was the shower room Bed very comfortable Shower hot and powerful WiFi terrible needs a boost! Friendly hotel with attentive staff. I booked a room designed for individuals with reduced mobility. However, the carpet made it difficult for the wheelchair to move around, and the entrance door to the bedroom was barely wide enough for the wheelchair to fit through. Additionally, the bathroom was not accessible, and there was a step leading into the shower. I cannot recommend this hotel for those with reduced mobility, as they are not adequately equipped. Rating for the rooms: 4.

Unless you have no other options, I wouldn't recommend staying here. While the public areas have received a recent makeover, the hotel itself is shabby and in need of maintenance. I stayed in a privilege room that had an empty fridge (not even a bottle of water), a window that wouldn't close, and peeling paint. I can only imagine how the other rooms must be! The parking lot is large and has numerous floodlights, but most of them are non-functional, making it quite a frightening place after dark. Rating: 3/5.

Stayed here with a relative, booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Some staff members were polite but the lady who received us when we arrived may have been quite burnt out not interested in her job and was missing any basic manners it's never a good look if your staff are incapable of being at least as polite as your guests. It was difficult to tolerate how the key cards used to enter the 2 rooms could fail for a total of 5 times over the duration of an overnight stay. Every time it failed guests are expected to return to the reception to get it reset, eventually this felt like some bizarre walking exercise that the hotel like to impose on guests.
