"black pelze smallest? weinstube and restaurant! nothing for blackfurter sparburner! very cozy place with a small but fine menu and a very good wine card from a “normal” weintrinker. we enjoyed the Franconian tapas and in the compound a flame cake. unfortunately we have not yet been able to participate in a wine tasting. the price/performance ratio is appropriate to the environmental product. we were very kindly served and could throw a look into the wine cellars during the walk. if they are served as hospitable with so great attention, unfortunately, for the other guests it has the disadvantage that they wait. the dining room is located in the upper part of an old city tower, the kitchen and the entrance area below. this unfortunately leads to the fact that they do not have direct contact to the service. perhaps the “problem” could be solved with mirrors on the wall. this is also the only reason for the judgment “almost perfect”."

Wine trip very recommended. 1A regional wines selected with love. Variations of the flame cake as well as the pre- and aftertaste were very delicious and have adapted very well to the wines. The ambience is visually a dream. We're definitely coming back.

The food, as well as the location and atmosphere were perfect! The turret has recognition value and in no other restaurant in Schweinfurt you can eat as Franconian as there!(especially for romantic evenings too much to recommend.)The only improvement I have is the workwear of the operators. (Very tight, you sometimes see more skin than clothes.)And also you should not use headphones to guests at the table. This makes a very strange impression on the guest.Trotz Allem has earned the turret 5 stars!
