the food and the staff are fantastic, but it was a very loud restaurant. I think it's not for couples or date night. more for groups. eating was very good and the staff attentive and helpful.

The most delicious Turkish fine dining in London that I have been to. The lakerda, octopus, meat dishes and kunefe were all delicious. Presentation and service is also really good. The decoration and ambiance is also very nice. Voir le carte

Not sure what has happened but Ruya is not the same as it used to be. This is my 4th visit and my first in over a year. But the quality of the food was not as good as previous. Though I will say the guy making the bread was fantastic. Portions were tiny for £20 a tiny piece of flat bread with a bit of cheese and egg sorry but what!! And the lady who took our coats looked so miserable. Definitely seeing her face as soon as we walked in was not a great start. very disappointing. guide through the waitress in relation to the menu was quite misleading. “4 or 5 Meze selections” we are too many and have obviously burdened the price. a few options have been accompanied with the offer to increase the size of the part to share easier. no additional fee was proposed for this. in both cases we had gone down, were still provided with additional cutlets and paid £17 for the privilege. it beaten that the waitress had taken the extra clearly back, the waitress came back to the table who wanted to check if we were planning to share the cutlets...(we were told that the point of the restaurant is to share) and we confirmed that we were planning to share 2 large...
