Our favourite local restaurant. Food and wine choices are always delicious and interesting. Great if you enjoy sharing dishes so you get to try lots off the menu, which is seasonal and changes regularly.

I adore this restaurant. Despite its unassuming appearance from the outside, the interior boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The food is superb, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food here is excellent with the Tuna probably been the highlight, an amazing dish. Really nice service as well with a well curated wine list. Definitely will be coming back.

Our first visit to this small local place. Don't be put off (as I had been previously) by the constantly changing short menu it's a good sign (although it makes it difficult for me to find a snappy summary for the food). On this occasion they had a guest chef from Venice and we chose to eat tapas style. Interesting selelection well done of which one (bacalao on polenta) was memorable Very helpful staff Perhaps my ratings are slightly mean reflecting my gut feel that this is a great place to have within walking distance, but it's inevitably more expensive than more conventional neighbourhood lunch competitors.

We had good recommendations but we found the food quite disappointing. Service was good, wine was good, but the food lacked flavour or interest. Perhaps we should have chosen a main course, but we thought we would try several small dishes instead. The gnocco was interesting but should have had some sort of sauce to make it memorable. The mussels could have been out of a tin perhaps they were. The courgettes were probably the tastiest. The farro was frankly quite dull, as were the peppers, which seemed to have been grilled, and that was it. As my friend said, it's disappointing when you feel you could have produced something better at home. Sorry!

Overall, our experience at this restaurant exceeded our expectations in terms of food, wine, and service. It was a great discovery, far removed from the typical mainstream venues in London. We celebrated a family birthday and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were very knowledgeable about the special and unique wines and menu items, and we were very impressed with their recommendation of a bottle of Angiolino Maule Bianco Masieri, a grape variety we had never heard of before. We indulged in all the starters on the menu, appreciating the high quality ingredients and presentation.
