"It was a fantastic experience for our team. Amazing 3 course meal with lip smacking and authentic Indian taste. Extremely friendly staff and top notch service. Landlord Mr. Nandu is a gem of a person and ensured all of us had an awesome time at the restaurant. Outdoor seating area was just perfect for the weather and Ample car parking space was a huge relief. I am coming back again soon. "One of the oldest coaching inns in England. Cosy venue with low wooden beams, roaring fire, selling food and drinks. Service is good, but can get quite busy and cramped at the bar. But I would recommend visiting for the atmosphere and quiet fire side chats. Service: 4 Location: 5"

"visited for Sunday dinner and was very impressed. we have been made to feel welcome by all the staff we have interacted with warm and friendly yet efficient and professional. eating was excellent, in a pleasant environment enjoyed with views of the river. crispy bratkartoffels and very tasty chicken. if I were to be smokey, I would say that a green sweet (many green beans or tender stammbrokkoli) it was just the meal a recommendation, instead of a critique, and it was a small part spinat under the chicken breast, so not completely free from green veg. will surely come back!"

"we are fair on the way to the carters steam. ordered drinks and fast bite and one wasted for our dog obi. you have sown on the way and wise how the sausage was presented. rather cut and arranged in a weeteller! even if you were very busy and our order was not huge. her love for detail was impressive! thank you, marian, david and obi xx"

"Fantastic food specially the Monks fish , atmosphere is great , we went on the 30 June so we had entertainment, the singer was awesome and he interacted with the customers which was really nice . I can't fault the service really friendly staff. I will definitely book our date night again . The only thing I would say is that the music was quite loud as I had to sometimes shout to talk to my husband . I am not sure if that's because I was seated near the front of the restaurant . Keep up the great work . Oh and just to make you aware all food is cooked fresh x really blessed to have a great restaurant on our door step in lovely Burnham"
